I’m Ruben and I’m 21 years old and currently studying. I heard about pheromones from a friend. He let me try something called Instant Shine, and I almost immediatly felt great! I didn’t try it along with other people though, but I think it has possibilities, and I want to test it. About my life: I have little experiences with girls. I know it’s because I am a bit shy and don’t talk very much. My appearance is not bad, and I’m quite athletic, so that is not a problem. My problem is to approach girls and to start a conversation which eventually can lead to something more. Possible situations are in clubs and at school. And this year I want to try some dancing lessons, and there will be a lot of girls there, and perhaps a good situation to use pheromones. Anyway, an increase of self confidence is what I need, whether there is a placebo effect or active molecules helping me.

Dance lessons sounds like a good idea to me. You have to let off a vibe that you are sexy, fun, and a male presence. I recommend some Instant Shine, Instant Openness, and Ammo for starters. See how that works! Since you are young, light on the Ammo (maybe one spray on the chest), 2 sprays of IO (to the neck?) and 2-3 sprays of Instant Shine around the same area.

Instant Shine is a wonderful thing and glad to see you saw some results with your first try! I would strongly suggest Instant Gentleman in combination with it, it may go along way to help you increase your confidence!
Ammo is another great option, as it is a general attractant and works well at what it does.
Instant Openness can also be great for shy people. Just note that some people may have an adverse reaction, it could possibly increase self-talk, which will not help. Otherwise, its a great product to get people chatty!
