Interested in an LTR… well, in order for us to recommend what mones would be best for you, I’d ask, in general terms, what kind of personality do you have? What about your target LTR? Of course, this will also help you qualify for the coveted GC!
It took me about 5 days from the first introduction post about my interest in mones and personality to get it. So, you can do it!
As to the science of mones, you’ve come to the right place as this is a research forum on mones supported by AD. You have many experience by mone users for you to review as well as discussions on the science of mones.
You can also help out by starting out a journal on your mone usage… this helped me get a better handle on mones by honing my observational skills in my social interactions. Then, knowing what quantities work best for me was extremely useful not to waste my mones.

There are lots of great mones that could help you out such as IH, AMMO, and IG come to mind for me to help you out with a ltr, but that all depends on the woman you are looking for.
