For what I’ve been reading on the Newbie sections I am guessing I will go right with getting AMMO, A314 and TUTH; however, I don’t know in what order to use this combination or when. All I’ve noticed is that TUTH can’t be used at work, why? Thanks in advance for clarifying my doubts.
Hiya - Welcome to Pherotalk. 
Ammo is probably your best choice for meeting and attracting women, whilst A314 is probably your best choice for work. IMO, you should be looking at A314 in oil, for a whole lot of reasons - notably length of activity, smoothness of diffusion and subtlety in effect.
TUTH ain’t really suitable for work, or general socialising as it is a very overtly sexual none-based mix. It is mainly designed to enhance sex in an existing relationship and if you wear it to work, you can easly project an overly horny/agressive or even creepy vibe with it. However, you are 37, so you may find TUTH usuable alongside A314 in a high status pulling/ONS mix in clubs and the like - you do need to be highly congruent with it though.
Instead of TUTH, why not consider some of the socials like Instant Shine, IO or IG - IS is a happy/feelgood mix that works very well with Ammo. IO also works well and promotes flowing conversation. IG gives a smooth/status effect but much lighter than A314. All can be used in work and social environments with no problems. These are very good at helping the comfort/interest that leads to full-on attraction.
Thank you very much for that explanation, I was really lost with so many choices and since I want to start experimenting with pheromones I did not want to go the right way. I’ve also heard that climate has some influence in how they work, I am in the Miami Fl area, this is hot and humid most of the time, any input in that regard?
I’m not in a hot place so others could probably answer that better but my take on it is that hot/humid places affect the alcohol base pheros more significantly and speeds up diffusion considerably, so you would be looking at topping-up earlier than in more temperate climates. Maybe 3-4 hrs instead of 4-6?
Oil bases are less affected, so an application of A314 would still see you through the working day.
And if I have it wrong, I hope someome will chip-in and correct me!
Another factor to consider is that as you are in your thirties, you will probably be producing less none than a young guy, so you may want to consider the 2x or “Heavy” version of Ammo. Which can be much more cost effective if you end-up needing a few sprays. However it is still advisable to find your effective dose with the 1x to begin with.
2x Socials are worth it as you can pull fairly high doses and make use of their effects.

I agree with mobo’s advice but got one thing to add or emphasize. Alpha would be perfect for your situation but you mentioned that you are shy and so you will not get the results or effects from A314 since you are.
You will have to work up to it by using IG which is similar and also using products like Ammo to boast confidence.

I’d like to expand a little on the TuTH Ammo thing.
While many pheromones are attractive, Androstenone is the most overtly sexual.
Now Ammo has 2.5 mcg per spray of “None”, but it also has equal amounts of AndrosteNOL which is very friendly and social, and AndrosteRONE which is mature and status building.
TuTH on the other hand is 2.5 mcg of total pheromones…MOSTLY Androstenone but with secret molecules designed to help steer it in a more sexual direction…making it a bit more overtly sexual.
Now given your age, TuTH might be ok if buffered with a social Like IO and some Rone like IG or A314. But as Mickaelia stated being too shy can kill the A314 vibe.
Mones will help, but they won’t take you all the way. If I had to offer a mix and a plan of use for a guy your age it would be this.
1 spray of IG+2 sprays Ammo+2 (or more) sprays Instant Shine.
And get the book “Rules of the Game” and follow the 30 day Style Life Challenge…it’s a great way to step by step become more confident and social with women. The combination should be a great way to get started and make the best possible use of your pheromone products.
