In my experience, I can say a few things right off the bat:
Pheros boost what’s already there, they aren’t magic. You still play a vital role in how people respond to you. However, if you need any teaching in the self-improvement department, we’ve got good mentors here (Steve is personally my go-to guy 
)
Make sure you take advantage of the 25$ GC, it’s a risk free intro into pheros.
Read the FAQ’s and some journals, loads of good info there. However, remember that this isn’t a one size fits all kind of thing. It’s different for everyone

As Famous said, please tell us something more about yourself, not only to quealify for your gift certificate, but also to allow the members to give you proper advice, tailored to your specific needs.
I´ve been using mones for about 10 weeks, and so far, I´m having lots of fun.
I´m not familiar with womens products, so the only advice I will give you is to read all the sticky threads in the womens section and asking around before you make your first purchase.
Also, once you have made it, i would suggest you start a journal. It requieres some posting discipline, but it´s the best way to keep track of your combinations (and exactly know which one did what in a certain day) and also the best way to share your experiences with other users.
Everybody here is friendly and most people like to help, so feel free to read and to ask questions.
