Hello I am Kevin and I am from NYC and I am 24 years old and currently in college. Hi Kevin, you are more interested in the social mones? No problem, you have more options, first IO the social icebreaker no. 1, it brings the people to you, but the conversations are more small talk light, on the other side is there IH, not as obvious as IO, but much deeper and much more connection and trust. I would say IO is better for groups and social events and IH for one and one situations, relationship etc. For the trust aspect I would take IH also for the workplace.
