I can’t really add much to oasis and alpha’s suggestions. Get that arsenal of products and you will be set to go.

I’ll just add that the socials are really great. IO makes people really chatty (which can be good or bad, depending on the situation), IH also encourages people to talk, but be more likely to deepen the conversation. IH is my favorite product.
