Or, it could be an issue of perception. Women enjoy a man that is confident and has power, or at least is perceived as a leader. If this is the case, IG or A314/b may be more of what you need. IG is a bit softer, but still confident leader of the pack vibe. Does bring in respect. The A314/b would be a stronger, Leader Of Men vibe, sort of like a Clint Eastwood… Respect ME! signal without sayin’ a word. THIS may be what you are missing.

1Alpha gave you some good advice: Ammo is probably the way to go. It has enough none in it to let her know you are interested but it is buffered enough you could wear it to work. Who knows? Even if this other young lady is not interested in the long run there might be others nearby who have been too shy to say so.
Another good product is IH. It helps generate feelings of connection and often deeper conversation as a result. Plus ladies often need to feel that level of connection before they feel the desire to connect physically.
Another good combo might be A314 and Ammo. Read about that one in my signature block.
