Hey there! My name is Sammy, I’m a 27 year old, female, from Dallas. I’m totally new to this, but so interested and I’m doing lots of research. I tend to be really shy and Im not completely sure how to navigate these forums yet, but I’m working on it. Any suggestions on what I could use to make social situations a little more relaxed or maybe create a more “fun” atmosphere around me would be great. If that even makes sense. Also, I was wondering if by wearing pheromones often, does it change your own natural signature over time?
Navigating the forums just takes a little time. You could read through the abstracts and the women’s section first - that should give you a lot of information and a place to start in case you have any questions.
I do not think that these products change your your own natural phero signature over time. There has been some question about guys using products high in "none but even then I do not think it causes a big change. At least it does not seem to have done so with me.
If you are looking for something to make social situations you probably want to stick with the social products:

To help with your shyness I have to echo what bosshank said of IO. It helps with conversation, at higher doses it can work too well. It helps you talk to anyone and the effect on others is the same. I have had people try to talk me ear off.
IS will definitely help you out with that “fun atmosphere” you are looking for. I’ve heard it called liquid sunshine which is a rather apt description. I’m a happy person by nature but this is sure to put a mile on your face a bring a good mood to those around you.
As for the signature, I do not believe it changes your natural signature, but over time people will associate your new signature with you. Even if you dont happen to be wearing mones one day, they may treat you as if you were. Of course this assumes prolonged contact.
