Hello! I’m in my 20s, and I’m a girl. 
I live in the west coast of the United States. I decided to take a look at these pheromone perfumes, since my friend has been RAVING about them! I usually just spray some vanilla perfume on me when I leave the house, but now I’m super curious as to if this really works! I’ve never tried a pheromone perfume, and I’m looking to find one. I know that her perfume was the reason why her now-boyfriend came up to her and asked for a date! Come on, who wouldn’t want to buy a scent that causes men to fall head over heels for you? Since I’m very new to this whole thing, I’ve been looking for a place where I can talk about it and find out which ones really work! I was pretty iffy about the ones sold on Amazon, because the reviews were really divided. I’ve been single for a few months, and I thought it’d be great to start off the new year by losing a few pounds, toning up, and finding the perfect scent. I’m looking for something that’s not too overpowering, but something that will for sure make men notice!

Exercise or toning up like you say, will definitely compliment your use of pheromone perfumes. I would recommend starting out with the to go sized bottles and seeing how different products work for you. We all have our own unique body chemistry and personalities and different mones work well for different people. I found Instant Shine really works well for me. That would pair nicely with your vanilla perfume.
Instant Honesty is good for getting into deeper conversations. Wearing it around someone you really want to get to know is fun.

Being single is a great thing because if you can’t love your own company then no one else will love yours.
If mones land you mr right great but I suggest you start just working on yourself and toning up is a great idea.
I suggest you use IH, IO or shine with some is/b for that girl next door vibe and making you feel comfortable in your skin
Pheromones don’t make anyone act out of their character , what it does it brings out what is already there, like a push
