What are you hoping to get from mones? Attraction from potential partners? Respect at work? Friends? Influence? Fire in the bedroom?
And to help tailor that advice to you specifically, tell us a little about yourself! Whereabouts are you from? If you work, what d’you work as? Like playing sports? Reading books? Hobbies, usual social environs, how outgoing you are (or aren’t!), these all shape your natural mone “signature”, and thus alter how effective certain mones will be for you - sometimes you’ll need an extra dose, sometimes less than the norm, and so on.
