As for that extra umph I’d go read some of Miss Dragon’s posts specifically her journal Miss Dragon's Journal! Yay! as it should prove at least somewhat informative in helping you make a decision. Her journal also has at least one link to another thread that’s primarily feedback from women based on their experiences with pheromones.
