Well at your age you could go ahead and pick up Turn Up The Heat at 2-3 sprays. I’d pair it with some P83 (20-40mcg, just play with it and see what works best for you). With just TUTH you should have some pretty good success, toss in the P83 and I bet you’ll be quite happy.
