Anyway, I have 2 bottles in the cart Instant Shine & Ammo as I have read that Instant Shine gives sort of happy mood feeling (not that I’m depressed, but you know what they say the more the merrier ) and for ammo I wanna test if it really has an effect on the opposite sex or not. Is it a good or bad combination using these two pheromones the same time?

How old might you be? Generally we do not recommend ammo if you are under the age of about 18~ due to your body’s natural production of pheromones.

Yeah I did read something about that. I’m 21 years old by the way. Umm, the thing that I wanna learn is where should I wear the Instant Shine & where should I wear Ammo, and how many sprays. Guess I’m still too nooby
The amount of sprays is determined by your own personal testing. We cannot say how much is enough versus how much is too much. Your personal body chemistry will determine that.

Ah thank you! I will check that out But honestly I was wondering if ammo or turn up the heat better in combination with Instant Shine to use around my GF 
depends on what you’re going for. Do you want to signal that you want to have sex or that you are a warm and dependable partner? if it’s the latter, IG is a better product. Former, it would be tuth. Ammo, while it is a great product for many, has yet to give me any solid results.
