As far as self-confidence I like Instant Shine, it gets me out of my shell a bit and gets me engaging strangers more. If I pair it with Instant Gentleman I feel a bit like James Bond. If you are just looking to get conversations going with women this is a good combo, especially paired with Instant Openness (it will get them chatty).
Once you were to get one to agree to a date or something you could swap Instant Gentleman for something like Ammo.

Hi I am new to pheromone use but I had always heard about it and never knew anyone using them so this is a great chance to see if they work or not. I am 22 I work in an IT call center while I am going to school to get a ba. I dont usually do to well with women or really people in general hopefully this makes those interactions easier.

You have 2 good options that I’d use, Ammo or Instant Gentleman and which one really depends on where you want to meet women (in my opinion, a lot of people just default to Ammo though). If you are going to do a lot of daytime or casual social activity type stuff to try and meet women I’d deffinitely go with Instant Gentleman and Instant Shine. When I wear these two I feel a bit like James Bond… cool, suave and a dash of debonair which is completely the opposite of how I normally feel. I find people will come up to me more often and just be generally more welcoming as well. If you intend to meet people more in the party or bar scene I’d recommend swapping the Gentleman out for Ammo and still running the Instant Shine with it.

Hi there vikingdude, welcome to the forums 
I actually tested my first pheromones in a call center work environment. It was great fun! We had higher than high turnover, so every week I had fresh new faces to test pheromone mixes on!
If I were to recommend a single product, it would definitely be one of the two Ryan suggested. I started my sweet spot testing (do a forum search for more info) with Ammo at work, and I never felt as great answering the phones as I did for those two weeks, lol. I did eventually transition to mostly IG at work, for the same reasons Ryan suggests.
But, the thing that adds complexity to what we do here, is that each person’s body reacts differently to the pheromones. We place a lot of emphasis on congruency (search the forums, it’s not exactly geometrical congruency 
) and control testing for consistent results. That’s why the products here are separated into the commercial (or consumer) lines and the putative (experimental) lines. We’ve got pheros for all sorts!
To really dig into the pheromone culture, you need to put it all out there. Share a little about your personality, daily habits, and interests so we can tailor our answers a little more closely to you. Doing so is for everyone’s benefit - Androtics knows a little more about who uses their product, and you get advice that is more likely to help you achieve your goals.
