I’m a single guy. Mid 20’s civil engineer living in the San Francisco bay area. I guess I would describe myself as sort of a shy guy when it comes to approaching and talking to women. It definitely didn’t help that there are generally very few females during schooling and now in my area of occupation. I’m not a nerd or lack total self esteem. Yes, pheros may be useful for you but you will need to tackle your shyness/reticence by other more tangible means as well. Then any self-effects from pheros will help the other improvements gel better and work more reliably overall.
To get started, you should look at the more broadly social/sexy/dashing products and combinations as they help to get you noticed and ease communication - making it easier for you to approach and be approached. I’d suggest you look at the following:
Ammo - good all-round attractant, widely usable.
Instant Shine - happy/feelgood social, about the most widely usable phero here and combines superbly with Ammo.
IO - Mainly Alphanol, which promotes a light/chatty impression. Good for promoting conversation.
IG - Smart/dashing and youthful status - goes well in combination with the above.
A314 is a good one for respect and status in professional occupations and as women age beyond their mid 20s, it also becomes more usable in dating/LTR-oriented mixes but on a shy/reticent guy, it can appear standoffish.
Similarly, TUTH and overt sexuals can also be too much on a shy guy and can appear creepy/aggressive or just too horny. So maybe leave these till you have found your feet with the more social products first.
Also, be careful of overthinking when using pheros - It can be very counterproductive. When you get a good hit, you need to be ready to get-in there fast, before the moment fades.
