How are you planning to use TUTH, around whom and in what sort of situations? This is important because TUTH is an overt sexual product, designed to be used around an established partner or people you are already very physically/emotionally comfortable around. Although by your mid 30s, you can use it more widely, esp in clubs or uninhibited situations but it is still often best to combine it with another product to knock the sexual rough-edges off of it.

Yes, you can - but its best to layer your TUTH and cover scent, not mix as you can easily throw the dosing right-off. Simply spray the TUTH, then wait a minute or two for it to dry-down, then spray the cologne.
And yes, you should soon see if you need anything else in there to help - if you start getting ghosted, people stand back from you, get argumentative or treat you like a sex-obsessed creep, its a good sign you need to cut your dose &/or get a social in there to help it go-down better.
