im a 23yr old man from nj. im pretty new to pheromones so i dont know much but iam reallly intrested in learning as much as i can. i recently made astupid mistake and ordered pherlure with out doing any real research. i have tried it out a few times at bars and parties and got absolutly nothing from it. thats when i decided to do some research and found this place.
im a very nice guy and can talk to pretty much anybody but when it comes to the opposite sex i have no confidence and get very shy. needless to say women do not find that attractive. i want to find a mixture that attract women sexually and also help with my confidence issue. im thinking of trying turn up the heat for the sexual attraction and instant shine for the confidence and happy feeling. any suggestions are greatly appriciated thanks

Confidence is the key so many products here can help a lot for the placebo effect.
I recommand ammo which is very easy to use, 1 to 3 sprays and u got good moral boost already! And it really works well: you will get plenty of ioi.
Social products like instant shine will also help, just like you said! Instant openness and instant honesty makes conversation easier, I dont know if you need that.
Welcome Mike! I would suggest A314 for your confidence issues. It is know for having a great “respect” vibe from others and some have reported good self effects that help them walk the walk.
I know it is expensive, but if you explain your situation a little more like: Who else do you hope to affect with your pheros? I do not usually recommend A314 for sexual attraction, but I think a dab under your chin or nose along with some Ammo on the back of your neck and your throat would be a good start for you. The A314 would me mainly to give you the wearer more confidence. The Ammo would be to project a sexy and desirable type vibe. I would hold off on using too much Turn Up The Heat. It has a large amount of Androstenone. You probably produce plenty of androstenone at 23. Androstenone is known to give you and the people around you an edgy aggressive type feeling. Similar to too much caffeine. It can actually make you feel less confident in some instances. Sort of like not feeling comfortable in you own skin kind of thing. I like Instant Shine too. It can help you to feel confident knowing that you have a little help in projecting a young, vibrant, happy type aura. Read the mens stickies for a crash course in the use of pheromones. Use the search function for a quick answer to most of the question that you might have. A314 gives off an alpha male aura and is a great phero for demanding respect, But, you have to be able to carry off the attitude that comes with the aura. A good example is James Bond. All the actors that have played the character have been able to carry off the James Bond image. But, what if PeeWee Herman were cast as James Bond?
I am thinking that Instant Openness and Instant Shine would be great candidates, and if you can carry off the alpha male aura, then also the A314. By the way, the Androstenone in A314 can go a little way towards helping to boost confidence, but the majority is on you.
Instant Openness will make you and those around you more talkative, and lets face it, when people want to talk to you that is a confidence builder.
Instant Shine will give you and those around you a happy, feel-good effect.
I would suggest Ammo before Turn Up The Heat though. Both products have 2.5mcg of Androstenone, but AMmo also has 2 additional pheromones to make it more of an all around product. It will still encourage attention and attraction. Turn Up The Heat is more geared toward taking things to the next level than for initially meeting girls.

thanks for all the help guys. based on your advise im holding off on the turn up the heat and i went ahead and made a small puchase of ammo and instant shine travel size just to get a feel for it and ill go from there. from what i have read these two seem to work great together. im alittle nervous about the a314 cause i read it smells like cat piss but eventually i will give it a try.
You’ve made a good choice on your first “real” pheromones purchase. No worries though friend, I’ve been duped a couple of times myself. I’ve spent lots of money without really doing the research, but who would’ve known there is a forum dedicated to research by some awesome people.

From what i’ve read it sounds like it really does the trick and its nice that it has different versions cause everyone is different.
