Hey everyone, Im a 30 yr old asian male looking to give myself a boost not only with women, but in social interactions in general. I’ve had some social anxiety issues these past few years, but ive improved alot. It still happens occasionally when im talking with someone that I don’t know, I feel like im being judged or im always seeking their approval, especially with the females. I guess this is somewhat normal, but I want to get to the point where im unstoppable and comfortable in any given situation.
This past summer I worked on self improvement in this area by reading tons of stuff, working out and improving my appearance, and expanding my comfort zone. Now I definitely notice more attention from females and now they seem to be more open to talk to me. I’ve been told in the past that I come off as unapproachable, but now my vibe is alot more positive. Im also a member of the pua community and that’s how I found this website (through their forum). At first I was skeptical, but I realize that you’ll never learn and grow by being close-minded. I’ve done some research so far around these forums and it seems like ammo, IS, IO, etc would be a good place to start but would definitely like some opinions

The books, appearance and confidence are key to getting to where you want to be. I would personally recommend A314 because it’s my favorite. It boosts your confidence a lot and makes others look up to you more… this is good to mix with IH or IO so people get loose and close with you too. ammo is great for attraction… i would try out A314, IG, IO, IS… and just test them or some of them solo for a week each… start day one with one drop, then two then three… just to find your sweet spot.. .then you can start mixing!!

BTW IG or A314 will help with thinking that you’re being judged as well. it boosts your confidence… my first time with A314 i felt like a king!
Yes, I have found A314 makes me more confident, it especially improves my body language and posture, I stand up straighter with squarer shoulders. Ammo is a good one for night game, for day game I’d personally go with A314, possibly softened with Instant Shine and/or Instant Openness to make me seem more friendly.
The self effects of IG and A314 are similar (-rone based phero compounds) and can definitely help you to present yourself in a much more alpha light. These also help the people around you to see you that way also, but you must be congruent with this.
It seems you’ve done quite a bit to improve yourself up through now, which is really the most important step for feeling better and being a true alpha.
Instant Openness and Instant Shine would be really good to compliment the work you’ve already done. They’ll give you a bright and approachable vibe which is great for meeting new people (both romantically and socially).
Seems like you have things going in the right direction. Remember… the pheros are only 10% of the equation, the rest is up to you. Sounds like you’re ready w/ the 90% on your part.

yea one thing that can happen with A314 is people might not confront you as much because you seem so in control, confident, and certainly the alpha male… which is fine if you can go up and talk to people yourself, but either way it’s good to buffer it with something like io or ih that helps people relax and put their guard down.

Although at first I was concerned that A314 would make people distant towards me or I would be unapproachable because they would feel intimidated, it definitely looks like A314 seems to be the base for alot of favorite mixes and it has tons of good reviews. Now im really curious to try it out. I’ll probably start with that along with some of the instants, tuth, etc
