For conversation I like Instant Shine it has good self-effects on myself as well as those around me. Pairing Instant Shine with Ammo I’ve found to be a good combination to get women quite chatty, so much so that they step out of character a bit. They should suit your purpose rather well.
It is Instant Openness you need - It really works, too well, even. I am not exaggerating by saying that at times there is no polite way to escape from the people who want to converse with you.
I am not saying that everyone close by would instantly engage in a conversation with you, but it will have an effect in these situations:
1 - Engaging more confident, lively people - who still might shy off to make first contact out of the blue. / People who have an excuse to either approach you, or ask you something. Those kind of people might approach you with or without pheromones, but wearing some IO greatly enhances the possibility.
2 - People you already know and have talked to.
3 - People whom you approach will keep on chatting with you. (Unless they completely dislike you, of course)
4 - People who simply find you interesting yet might be too shy in normal instances.
Still, I would suggest pairing IO with something else. Ammo would be my first choise, though there are other fine products available for you to experiment once you feel yourself a bit more confident in the wonderful world of pheromones.

If you REALLY want to stand out, you’re gonna need to use p102. Don’t use it alone, use it on top of whatever product/mix you’re going for (ammo is a great idea, also consider Instant Jerk or Instant Gentleman). P102 is like walking around with a spotlight on you. People will be drawn to noticing you, and they won’t know why. Women will single you out in a crowd while the other guys just blend in.
