The good news is, pheromones will be great ‘icing on the cake’ in addition to the working out and other steps you have taken so far.
You will probably want to start with the socials to help you hook in and build that initial rapport. Instant Shine to give you an aura of confidence, IO, IH or CTTM2 to ease the flow of communication. Also look into IFM to make women comfortable around you if you need it.
I would recommend staying away from A314 and TUTH for now.

hello and welcome to the forums. we sometimes refer to the instant shine, instant female magic, instant opennes , instant gentleman, etc as socials because they are all just generally social and socially acceptable. chatty, direct, honest communication , comfort etc are all byproducts of their use.
A314 can be social, in the right hands and situation but it is geared towards respect, which doesn’t automatically equate to social.
turn up the heat is just blatant overt cave man sexual overtones. in the wrong hands this is a recipe for disaster.
it takes a bit of time and practice to fine tune one or a few of these things specifically to you and the situation. the instant line is great for that learning curve.

I recommended staying away from A314 because you say you’re shy, and A314 needs a confident, congruent attitude to work properly.
As for TUTH, it can be used in the right social situations, but generally TUTH is used when you have an existing relationship and literally want to turn up the heat.
Thanks Josef I have just been reading up on a few of the pheromones and I understand what Tennant and you are saying, out of the instants then which two would you recommend to work best in most situations with females? well keeping in mind that everyone is a bit different, Instant Female Magic and IS win for me, hands down. separate and combined they help achieve a state that is very positive and pleasant and that ultimately reflects back on me. once you’re at that stage you can take it pretty much anywhere with a bit of practice.

Hi Kev, and then there is, of course, the attraction mix Ammo, which contains quite a bit of -none (the main ingredient in TUTH) and also is buffered with -rone and alpha-androstenol. So it offsets the “caveman” vibe that Josef mentioned. If you like the sound of that (it is a “cologne” type mix) you could possibly get away with the 2x strength seeing as you are 46. It is an all in one solution that is, in moderation, said to be even safe for work, as well as play.
There are the usual caveats surrounded with TUTH - especially unbuffered. You should have an easier time with it than a younger guy though, because younger men have a certain image in society (fairly or unfairly) they can seem threatening wearing -none. If you start off gradually and find the right dosage or “sweet spot”, and add some of the “social” pheromone sprays, IO, IG, Ishine - etc., you should be OK especially given that the women you are dating are round about your age as well.

After listening to advice from users and reading various articlles on the subject of pheromones I have purchased some Heavy Ammunition, 2x Instant Shine, 2x Instant Openness, and some 2x Turn up the Heat. I will try each pheromone on its own in small amounts first untill i can notice any subtle signs, then will try a mix based around the heavy Ammunition he he , i cant wait to try em out. Field testing pheromones
I recieved my order to the UK England in 3 days, i was very impressed by speed of delivery. I have been using Heavy Ammo mainly with pleasing results.
Lots of eye contact and one girl came up to me and asked if i were carrying a mobile phone and when i replied yes she asked if i would put her no. In it and contact her next day as she was just leaving the pub.

I have Just recieved some more Double Ammo and an Alpha 314, I dont want to run out of Ammo, lol , after trying all the products i have I reckon one spray of double Turn up the heat to my chest and Two sprays of Double Ammo one to either side of my neck with either Instant Shine or Instant Openess one spray to each wrist will be what I go with.
I will try The Alpha 314 for a few days on its own then with the other products, but I am Sold on the Double Ammo Its a great smell and definately Attracts females He He. I wear it all the time like a regular Cologne even down the gym where i get loads of eye contact and smiles from the girls there young and older , i dont know if its the tight cycle shorts or the Double Ammo my guess is the Ammo lol.
