Best pheromone is hard to pinpoint. People give off different auras and can change to certain pheromones than other products. You must find the pheromone that works best to your interests.
As for attraction, I would say ammunition and instant shine.
For respect definitely go with a314. If thats a bit too pricey, instant gentlemen is the next best thing.
