Never been in a really serious situation professionally with these here mones, but today is very serious.
I have a meeting with a potential customer and this could boost my business by some 200 % if we get a deal together.
Sadly, I didn’t have the time to take a shower, I only washed myself in a hurry by the sink. Then I applied two drops of A314, one spray of ammo (I don’t know how many/what kind of people I’m going to see) and two sprays of IO.
My product is da shit, best on the market so the deal is almost done already, but I’ve never met these people in the flesh, only my associates have. I’m the owner but…I was about to say nervous as a school boy but actually I’m not anymore. I guess the A314 kicked in.
This should be fun. Wish me luck, guys.
If this goes my way, I’m gonna have to order my own weight in A314.
I run two small companies and this one is a smokery. I smoke salmon and the people I met with today are distributors who could up my sales enormously.
My product is a bit more expensive than the competition but it’s also the best, everyone who’s ever tasted it agrees on that. It’s just that some sell their product dirt cheap, in some cases for less than I pay for the raw salmon. Needless to say, those guys have very poor quality right from the start and the smoking can’t make crap taste great. I always have to convince potential customers of that fact.
I could tell that everything I said to the people I met with today sunk in nicely. They complimented the fish and the smokery. One of the guys said that if he had absolute power in the company, he’d sign the papers right away. I think A314 did make a little difference.
Wow, that’s fabulous, and congratulations on your victory!
I too always appreciate and am willing to pay a little more for products that someone has taken the time and care to make them better quality. It’s refreshing to see people who are not just “out for the quick buck”, who truly care about the things they do.
Thank you.
Yes, I really take pride in making this stuff better than anyone else.
Every time something goes slightly wrong, i.e. the salmon gets a darker colour than usual, I give it away to friends rather than sell it to a restaurant or store. It’s only a visual flaw, doesn’t change the taste but especially restaurants require top quality. If something goes badly wrong so that the taste is affected I throw it away.
It’s a deal.
Beginning with somewhat small amounts, about 120 lbs a week but I’m pretty sure that’s gonna change before christmas. It’s already going to be my largest steady customer, but I’m hoping they’ll buy far more than this and take care of the distribution to others.
In the meanwhile I’ll visit a couple of high class hotels and try to get them to serve this stuff. They punish their guests with draconian checks in their restaurants, so they may at least serve the poor bastards decent food, no?
If one hotel goes for it, it could spread to the whole chain from there.
The future is finally starting to look bright. I’ve run my other company for 6 years and it’s been a struggle. I had to take over this smokery from my father when he retired cause I was heading for bankruptcy. So I’ve been running both these firms for almost a year now and luckily the smokery is really taking off.
Fuck the other firm if this starts doing really well. As much as I like welding and pipe fitting I’m not gonna break my back doing that if I earn the money doing something else.
