Hey all, I’m a 26 year old guy from Norway, working primarily with sales and marketing strategies. I’ve been heavily involved with weightlifting for about 6 years, often and with heavy weights, if that has any effects on what pheromones I produce and what I should and shouldn’t use.
I just got out of a almost 2 year old LTR. So now I’m “out there” again and well. It’s “been awhile”, and I’m not longer the drunken party guy I used to be. Also my taste has changed abit in women, and well, been doing good lately, but I could use a little more “edge” with some of the women that I find particularly attractive. Mostly spiking the sexual attractive part, but I’ve also heard that some people are abit afraid to talk to me since I appear very “high status” (not being delusional or anything.. a few friends told me they’ve heard this from others).
Also, after we broke it off, me and the ex were well.. back and forth alot. I guess you could say we were friends with benefits for a good while, but then it became too much for her, and we took a break from eachother. I’d really like to pickup a friendship with her, but she’s very busy, and feels we need to “rebuild” the good stuff we broke, but she feels “it’s too heavy to talk about stuff and it takes too much time”. Anything that can speed up a good connection, and make her want to open up?

that will help with your natural -none output, as you testosterone level is higher from weight lifting, you will likely need more social pheromones when going out and to meet ladies, When dating A314 and Turn Up The Heat could create more distance. Instant Gentleman would possibly work better for you, it is similar to A314 without the androstenone (aka -none).

to start with I would go with 1 spray or drop of one product, then tomorrow try two, and see what effects you get. Starting slow, will help you find a sweet spot where a product works well for you, then drop back and try one application of the next product. once you have a feel for what they do individually, then start combining for the effects you want.
Wow!! Woofie gave you some awesome advice. All I can re-emphasize is that in a social setting, use the A314 sparingly, or probably not even at all since it may make you seem even more formidable. Stick with the Ammo OR Instant Gentleman and go heavy on the socials like Honesty or Come Talk To Me which is a 50/50 mix of Openess and Honesty, or a little Instant Female Magic.
The socials will really draw people in to you and make them feel more comfortable around you and give them that “connected” feeling. And the Ammo will close the deal with the ladies, so to speak. It’s a forum favorite attractant.
Shine is great stuff! It’s a fun, life of the party, mood lifting MUST-HAVE!!! Not only will people around you respond well, but the self-effects are awesome too. I don’t think you could EVER go wrong with wearing it alone or putting it in a combo.
Lots of good advice above. If people already stand off from you a314 might accentuate that effect. You might try ig instead, as it has a more approachable feel.

Well you mention people avoid you because you display a high status. I suggest you pass on the A314 because that will worsen that effect for you. Go with Instant Gentleman and Instant Shine for work
Socially… you make alot of Androstenone so I dont suggest Turn Up The Heat. Go with AMMO since you will need the buffers it contains. I suggest Instant Openness with it to increase the fun friendly aspect and break the ice more. It will soften it a bit which from your description you need to cause some comfort.
For your old GF I suggest Instant Honesty and you can use you AMMO here. TUTH will just make her horny but it wont make her have time or want to re establish anything. AMMO has more depth and pull and is mildly arousing. I assume sex together wasn’t a problem so you need the depth more then the horniness. That will follow when you reconnect.
