Ok. I’m 26 and I’m applying for a position in human resources but my boss has so e vendetta against me so when they ask for employee reviews she told them that I’m unreliable and that is sooooo not the case. So I need something to help break this negativity pronto

Basically A314 is the very thing you could use in that case. It will show the wearer as more respectable and in charge. It can be a bit intimidating when used alone. It does not have to be, but it can. So it is better to combine it with IH (alternatively P74 - though that is a putative molecule with no money-back guarantees). Both IH and P74 are good for bonding and making you seem more trustworty. They are not the same, but for the sake of simplicity both can be used in your case.

No. IS is a completely different animal altogether. It makes the wearer happy and social. It can thus boost confidence, make you more likeable. You can use it together with other products, including A314. Using it alone will not get you any respect, however. There is a big difference whether people respect you or like you.
If you want to get the best self effects, then IS is a very good candidate. It (if used alone) won’t probably do you any good at a job interviewm though.
You could also try IO, as it makes people more chatty ant talkative. Though there are some reports that A314 and IO don’t mix that well.
