I would add one thought to the pheros already recommended - Instant Honesty. I use it with A314 a lot - offsets the distance you sometimes get with the respect vibe. You still get the respect but people feel very connected to you and keep the channels of communication open.

To answer your question, I’m pretty sure that you have already qualified for the $25 gift certificate with your post, though Mickaelia is the ultimate judge of that. She should be around by Monday or so to award you your gift certificate (I don’t think they work on the weekends).
