I just turned 20 and I live in Illinois near Chicago. I’m pretty outgoing Id say, and into sports. Currently in college and loving it. No, body type has nothing to do with effects. Although remember that pheros are not a magic potion. For example, if you wear Instant Openness and then go sit in a corner with your hat pulled over your face, don’t expect it to work for you. YOU have to do the work, pheros give you an extra edge.
And if you are wearing Ammo (or any phero product) and notice it working, then just roll with it, stay confident, be yourself. Pheros will give you an extra edge and make it easier, but you still have to do all the work.
