Just came upon this thing called pheromones, pretty new to me, and been reading up on it. Sounds pretty interesting and would love to give it a shot.
I’m a male in his 20’s. I’m pretty shy in general, and especially when it comes to the opposite sex. So I’d love to see if this would actually make any differences in terms of women initiating contact with me. I go to school where there are many women so no better place to try this out.

To answer your statements:
Shyness: I personally find Instant Openess good for encouraging conversation. Instant Honesty I also find good for adding depth. Try each on their own first but when you are ready a mix of Instant Gentleman, Instant Shine and either IO or IH gives me a nice charisma mix I find 
Conversation: IO and IH are good, I find, but Ammo is a favorite on the forum as a social attractant. For the value of the GC you can probably get a To Go of Ammo and Instant Shine and that’d be my first recommendation.
It can be tempting to bathe in them but remember that sometimes less is more - 2 sprays of Ammo and I have to buffer with something social and I’m older than you
Finally, it’s mostly you - mones are the shine to your shoes at the end but the rest of the package has to be right too. Approach girls, remembering that often they actually want to be approached, chat, and let mones add a little. They don’t do it all for you. And if you get knocked back that’s just how the girls feel, not a reflection on you

Well I’m not a very social person or very open to many people in general. Even among my close friends, it takes me a while to open up and feel comfortable everytime I see them. Which makes sense why I don’t feel totally at ease when meeting new people. I think once I get to know somebody then things should be better, but getting there is the hard part. I guess a huge fault of mine is that I’m a pessimistic guy, so I really lack that confidence that is necessary. I know there’s nothing that will just give you confidence, but anything that can help I’m totally up for. I love being active, working out mostly, but I’m pretty athletic and can play a variety of sports. Generally, those are great places at meeting girls.
I really don’t get out much. I go to school everyday, and then pretty much go home right after. I live in a pretty small and boring town, so there’s not much that I could do. Only other times that I really go out are to get groceries. If there were more activities available in the city then I would try to attend, but there really aren’t any.
