Turn Up The Heat would be to strong and intense, but ammo is just fine for your age group. Once a boy passes through puberty they can use Androstenone products without to much of a problem. You would just need to use less then older men because you make more naturally. Both TUTH and AMMO have the same amount of Androstenone in them but AMMO has social buffers so its less intense.
