Here’s my story was in a relationship for 8 years (i’m 24 now) but in the end it just didn’t work out and thats a whole another story. Ok i’ve decided on Ammo and IH but have few questions. Any suggestions on how much i should spray and where? Can i spray both on the same spot? Also should i put my cologne over it or pheromones over the cologne? And i promise this is the last question.. how long before the date/event should i use it?

The spray products last between 3 to 6 hours, depending on different factors (humidity, temperature, your own sweatiness, etc). So, just apply when you are getting ready, bring to-go bottles for touch ups as needed.
