Hey everyone! I’m theglitterelf, also known as Marie, but c’mon we ALL know there is an elf that puts random spots of glitter on us every once in a while :stuck_out_tongue: …Anyway, I come from the southeastern United States and I am 21. I’ve heard about pheromones before, but yesterday I saw them mentioned online and I became curious. I found this forum, and let me say, this place has made me so excited to try everything! I’m really interested to see how or if they affect me the way I’ve read in others’ posts. I feel like this isn’t a very common science that the mass public talks about and to be part of something that is rather untapped is exciting. Plus, if I can create a more positive environment or people respond to me positively, how awesome is that?! I’m going to my boyfriend’s hometown and meeting his family and friends in about a month and I’m going to be so nervous! If these pheromones could help ensure I’ve put my best foot forwards, then I’m all up for that, haha.

However, I’m really not that knowledgeable about pheromones yet, but I do have two questions. Not sure if this is an appropriate place to ask them though. I’ve read that pheromones are usually detected by our olfactory system so if you put on something like “Instant Shine” and you put a perfume over it wouldn’t that decrease the effect?

My other question has little to do with pheromones, but since I’m a student and still living at home, how do the pheromones show up on your credit card bill? I read that they are discreet on the actual packaging, but what about the bill? Does it have Androtics Direct or SmartMones? Regardless, I’m not sure I want my relatives knowing I purchased something called “Instant Sexiness”…I can all ready imagine the jokes that would come from it, haha.

Tell us about your personality and what you hope pheromones will help you with. When going to meet your BF’s family, are you worried about being shy? If then, yes maybe the IS and IO will be a good help.

The payment is very discrete, on mine credit card it shows up as “ANDROTICS BEVERLY HILLS CA” no mention of order or anything

Yes, I was thinking about Instant Sexiness B and Instant Shine, I’ve heard good things about Instant Openness as well, so I will probably get that too to help with possibly awkward silences! MikeMan22 - I do need more privacy!!! My family is all up in everyone’s business to a horribly invasive degree -_-. I have plans to move out in about a year from now but being a full-time student with no job makes things a bit more difficult. :frowning:

As for when I meet my boyfriend’s family, yes, part is me being shy when I am uncomfortable/nervous, but I’d like to try to avoid awkward silences. I’m sure they are lovely people, but if I had something that I feel could help with my own confidence or them associating positivity with me then it seems all the better.

I have a harder time summing up my personality because I feel people are so complicated and layered that even a paragraph isn’t enough of a description! However, I’d like to think of myself as a positive, fun, outgoing person. I am definitely a worrywart, 100 percent, haha. I’ve worked hard to condition myself to not be so concerned with things that are not important. I’m a big extrovert and I tend to get kinda sour when I don’t have my communication or social time. I enjoy helping people, especially in a medical setting, and that along with family illness have inspired me to pursue my Bachelor’s in medical management. I’m a junior now, and looking forward to joining my career.

As for what I want pheromones to do for me, I’d like to always be approachable along with projecting confidence, attractiveness, and kindness. Sometimes my boyfriend can be a little reserved in communication so perhaps something like Instant Openness or Instant Honesty could help. I’d also like to try something sexy like Turn Up The Heat to see his reaction.

Well how pheromones work is that they send signals to the brain that triggers a reaction. Yes it is true that everything is interpreted by the brain so I could see how you would think that there is the mones and your perfume but no it actually doesn’t decrease the effect.

Most times persons have reported it helps them especially since they don’t like the smell of the pheromones to feel more comfortable while wearing the mones

To keep your cool with the parents and to ensure all goes well I suggest shine , that feel good pheromones that makes everyone feel good around you and honesty to make them feel they can trust you.
