Wanted to introduce myself and ask a question or two while I’m at it. Names Clay and I’m relatively new to mones. I’ve read several threads here and still trying to wrap my mind round everything. A little about me. I’m 28, Red head Caucasian and a bodybuilder. Not intending to brag but for understanding I’m been told often that I’m very good looking. With that’s said I’m a very reserved individual and often shy. I have worked hard to develop good interpersonal skills and can hold convos well. But I’m rarely the life of the party unless they are my close friends. I’ve dated many girls but it’s been a while and I need to break out of this rut.
With that understanding I’m looking to find mixes that will help me feel more social and would also be nice to increase my sex appeal somewhat. I think the ladies see me As a mysterious guy, I just don’t want to be a creeper. I’m very laid back and would like to find a mix that plays on that by adding an air of confidence.
In the past I tried Alpha Maschio and Glace. I liked the combo and felt like I got many positive hits while on it. Several times I received deer in headlights and hope that was a positive thing. I know I have to be congruent with the scent I’m giving off and I usually dress well and attempt to appear confident. Again I fear sometimes I may intimidate my targets. Recently I used alpha 7 and that was a big no no and I realized that I needed to do more homework. After that I purchased chikara and was very pleased. It seemed to be a great social and girls were super willing to chat. I can get great hits with it such as the other day getting a haircut. They know me there as the personal trainer/bodybuilder after they asked me for advice. Well this past time they were conferring with each other about how to cut my hair and one told the other to do whatever she wanted to me. She responded smiling, “no I can’t do that. There’s some things I want to but can’t do to you”.
Just recently I purchased Ammo and Turn Up The Heat. I’ve read that ammo was a great well rounded mone and I bought Turn Up The Heat thinking I’d dose if the mood was right with a chick. But I’m wondering if these will work for me or backfire since I produce a lot of test naturally with my exercising. Anyone have suggestions on how to use as far as doses or combos for my ethnicity age and body type?Also should I use chikara with either one of these? Or am I going about this all wrong and should try another mone? Thanks for your time and appreciate any help I can get!

AMMO : is for socio-sexual vibe , it poses you as a potential Boy friend material. females gets attracted very soon . TUTH : to be used when you had spent some ime time with your target, she and you has gone into some chemistry, best use is inside bedroom to remove her last minute hesitations.
I would have suggested you for IS and IO both with AMMO , this combo when used well works as a wonderful mix. IS = is for VIP vibe from wearer and IO = to combat your shyness and your reserved nature, it makes you happy too.
I would say u dont mix AD products with others, all manufacturers have different chemistry, and mixing them can result into OD , or they may not work at all.
Regarding doses : always start with 1 sprays then while testing you can pump your dose upwards, being old phero user u can then find ur sweet spot and then fix dose there itself .
Yes, if you have a major physical presence ot tend to reticence, something less high status than AM would probably be a good idea. It packs quite a punch! A314 is in a similar vein here, so maybe avoid that till you are more on top of things with pheros.
Ammo in unlikely to go wrong but keep the TUTH in your pocket till you have a woman showing considerable and very positive IOIs or is otherwise very physically/sexually cofortable with you.
My way of working with TUTH is often to start the night with something balanced/pleasant like Ammo or Ammo/IS, then introduce the TUTH later when I move to a more sexual environment like a club or back home, where things get more uninhibited and an overtly sexual signature becomes much more tasty.
Socials like IO, IS or IH are good companions to TUTH and Ammo in various combinations. TUTH/IO/IS is an excellent club mix, where the IO/IS helps to moderate the “walking hardon” vibe that TUTH alone can give.
IG is also in the frame if you do want a status product - it is much more smart/dashing and sociable compared to A314 and can be used with all the above.

Hopefully it will help me and others around feel a bit more chatty. And mobocaster I agree AM seemed a bit strong and may be too intimidating. Back when i did use AM with Glace I got deer in the Headlights from a pack of four hotties. I was dressed to kill and their jaws actually dropped but they were intimidated. Probably needed way less none and more socials. I really struggle feeling like shooting the breeze sometimes so I miss out on a lot of opportunities. I do well once I open up but sometimes I need that extra push. So far I’ve used ammo a few times on one spray and some people opened up to me. Unfortunately mainly just men but the ladies seem to perk up and take notice. Hopefully CTTM2 will give me that nudge. I also just got some Nude Alpha and think that may do the trick. I’m thinking about just using that solo and seeing where it takes me. Ultimately I’m a nice guy(sometimes too much) and need to talk more.
You should deal first with your reserved nature. How about putting all your mones in the shelves for a while and play with IShine first? Are you game?
As I see it, you need to take it one step at a time. You’re handsome, that’s good. You’re physically fit, that’s good. But you are reserved, often shy, that. That’s not good, specially if you aim to hit the socials ladder, and up your appeal.
I see that somehow, you recognize the problem, but you ask the wrong question. You won’t solve the “shy” issue by seeking more sex appeal right? In fairness, you mentioned the need of confidence.
And that would be a very good start. IShine for happy confidence. IG to compliment your natural laid back aura. Pair this two when you got the hang of IShine vibe, and observe.

Hey Dee A thanks for the response. Good suggestions and that’s what I’ll be targeting. I don’t see it quite as a confidence thing but as more of an openness deal. Quite honestly I simply don’t feel chatty sometimes and that totally gets in the way of what my goal is which you pointed at. Thanks again.
Confidence will always be the bottomline. Self-confidence for this particular matter. Confidence on taking up the possibility of rejection. If you have that, you can approach any girl. That’s why I recommend the IShine first.

With what you have ordered already I suggest using the Ammo solo for now and saving the TUTH for when you know she is into for sure. I would look at getting IO on your next order. I really think this and maybe some CTTM2 will go a long way for you. Pair this with some Ammo and I think you will get the results you are looking for. I think because you are an attractive male and very fit that there may be a possibility that this may intimidate some women. So I think this will help balance things out for you. Good luck
Hey justintime469 thanks for your post. I think you are right on in finding a balance. I keep hearing more and more about the Instant products and will need to check them out. I am about to receive my shipment of CTTM2 and hope that will do the trick but if not will keep looking for the social that best fits me.
