Hey,

I am returning to the world of pheromones but a new user to this forum. I have a question regarding the shelf life of pheromones from Androtics Direct.

Around 2011 to 2012 I ordered some Turn Up The Heat. It has been kept in a cool dry place (a cupboard). Any chance the active ingredients would still be active?

I’ve never kept it so long, but I have found a half-full bottle of Instant Shine recently that must be from early-to-mid 2013 and it seems to work as usual, so twice as long probably wouldn’t be much different.
Best idea is to try really, what’s stopping you? :slight_smile: Read a couple of “sticky” threads for beginners to know how much and where to apply, what results to expect and how to recognize if they’re happening etc etc.

While you’re here, why don’t you write up something about yourself, so that you can qualify for a 25$ Gift Certificate and try some more stuff for free? Also, knowing something more, other users such as myself would be able to suggest products/combinations and ideas to you and your specific situation.

Yup - Spray pheros last a very long time in cool dark storage, so you should have few problems.

Sometimes other components in a mix can discolour slightly bit it will not affect it greatly.

Oils don’t keep quite as long but unused/uncontaminated oil will still last well. If it gets contaminated with skin bacteria it will go-off a lot quicker but you are still looking at a year to eighteen months before its u/s and its obvious from the smell and the appearance of clumpy-bits!

I would use the search button and check out the men’s section for this. It can be a very hard thing to break but not impossible.
