Hey everyone. I’m male, 34, married and travel Mon-Fri. Just looking to try some different things here. One main point is that due to my age and proffession, I do not always get the respect of my position until I prove my abilities. I am a start-up engineer, working in new power-plant start-ups. I’m open to advice, so do not hesitate to provide any comments.

Looks like that you really need some a314. It is very good at getting a lot of respect, before you have to do anything like proving to ur coworkers that you are able to do the job 
So it will help you alot at your work. However a314 is a serious product, and you will need some buffer. Io is very good buffer for me.
Io is great and worked really well for me: a lot of chatting with people i barely know. This product is light, fun and friendly, so very good for a new member or a old member here That is why i recommand io so often

For respect, there is no other phero better than A314. It can make people think you are capable, trustworthy and of hing status. It gives you the ‘james bond’ effect. It will definitely help in your career too.

Thanks for the info. I was planning to start off with the A314, Instant Openness and ammo based off some of the information I have read throughout the forums. Any experience with mixing the Ammo with either of these?

if you are looking for respect in your line of work, I highly suggest A314 for your age, it gives the respect you are looking for from your coworkers, and gives you an alpha leader vibe, people will definitely pay more attention to you.
I also suggest IH which establishes deeper communication between you and your targets, creates a bond and will make the conversation between you and your co-workers more meaningful.

Ammo would be fine to use with it. I suggest Ishine instead of the IO or both if you can swing it.

I found A314, IH and IO work well for the situation you are seeing at work. Instant shine is supposed to be good too, but I didn’t see much help or effect from it.

2-3 A314 drops divided between wrists and neck(behind the ears)
maybe 1 shot of IO forearm
(if you are dealing with largely women at work 1 shot of Ammo)
bar-
2 shots Ammo on chest
1 IO on split on forearms and one to back of the neck/hair

Ammo or TUTH, depending on the mood, IO might be a good one to add when discussions need to happen. it is good mixed with TUTH for a buffer.
A314 might be good to add a drop.
