As you are already a mone user, I’d suggest you take a look at Intro to Mones by Steve O to help you get a much better grasp of mones and what ELSE they can and can’t do for you. I wish I had such a thorough thread with so many questions that I had when I started out, answered in one place.

I took IS for a spin on my thread below to check out what it does to me and others around me, Amazing in a bottle below.
I’d suggest you open up a thread in the men’s section, a journal, and write up what you’ve been testing out and how it goes!! You learn SO MUCH by keeping a record of applications, mones used, and reactions of those around you!
