hey im new to pherotalk, but ive been reading a lot of the threads and things sound interesting. im 21 years old in college from the LA area and im looking to try these things out. im seeing that ammo is a great way to start off, but im getting confused with where to spray different types of pheromones.

PS: the best places for mones in general is the pulse points: neck, behind ears, wrist. the chest is a great place for ammo and other mones as well. the hair is also good cuz there is alot of diffusion going on there

Ammo is a great product to start with, and will generate atention and attraction from women. You can spray it on your wrists, chest, neck, arms, or really just about anywhere you have expesed sking. However, pulse points, such as the wrists, or behind the ears will get the greatest diffusion. Also avoid spraying Ammo in your hair, because the Androstenone can be hard to get out.

In party, it is good to use social phero, like:
Instant Shine – to make you and everybody else in good mood.
Instant Openness – to open up girls and they would like to talk to you.
Instant Honesty – to make deeper conversation with girls, more personal
I learned from some phero expert in this forum it is more effective to use social phero on Asian girls.

Ammo is a great place to start. You start with 1 spray to a pulse points or places on your body that heat up and aid in diffusion of the products. Excluding groin and pits of course.
Neck, hair, Back of neck, wrists, chest, forearms, As I said spray one spray to one of these places. Go out… If you dont see results with one spray the next day use 2 sprays and try them to 2 of the application points I mentioned and so on till you find you sweet spot which is the dosage the product works best for you.
Your 21 or 22 depending on where you read on your intro LOL so I am guessing your dosage will be about 1 to 3 sprays total.
