For confidence I would go with A314. It’s got great self effects and effects on others. Also this takes a little while to notice but once it gets started, doors open up for you.
For the attraction phases I would definitely go with AMMO on this one. You might want to try out the 2x version of this so that the Androstenone levels are a little higher for you since you’re older than what AMMO normal strength is made for. But that’s your call
