The list of phero’s you have mentioned are good ones. A314 & IS would be a good mix for work.
Ammo is great for attracting the ladies…Be just a bit careful with TUTH though…it’s best used once you actually get to the bedroom, not before when you are trying to get someone on the hook 
many guys here can testify to that

OK… I was so eager to try out but I guess I was lacking info.
My personality is… kinda shy and not too much talkative around people.
Also the weather in WA state makes me(as well as others) depressed…

See it did make a difference, I dont suggest A314 for you. Its harder for the shy person to use because they have to take the lead with it.
Go with IG which still brings a masculine respect but is more smooth and attractive.
Ishine is great for any situation
You may want to throw in some IO to help with the shyness.
