AMMO would be my recommendation at 1/2 to 1 spray maximum and see how others react around you. I’ve experienced with AMMO a solid, comfortable to be in my own skin, vibe. Because of your age, you are a mone producing machine! You don’t want to OD on these mones… then things will back fire, ignored instead of attraction…
Yeah, though, you could also be ‘tested’ from other guys to see if you are in congruence to your mone signature.
You could do the same test with the IJ 1/2 a spray then 1 spray and check out the reactions in others.

For your age group, I would recommend 1 spray of TUTH only. Possibly 2 in certain situations or if well-buffered with socials like Instant Openness or Instant Honesty. The best time to use it is when you’ve already established comfort and attraction with a girl or with a girl you’ve already had intimate relations with. Yeah I would certainly say that you’re better off going with AMMO for attraction. TUTH is geared for sex… that’s it.
