well u dont want to go too heavy at first. id suggest pick one product start with 1 spray and work your way up to 5.
i find that with instant sexiness 4 sprays work the best on me
instant openness about 3 sprays.
instant shine.. idno i only see self effects with that one no matter how much i put on but it could just be me
