First used mones or something similar about 26 years ago.
That was a product called Ruthvah made by a local occult retailer.
I had stopped using anything when I got into long term relationships although I do think some of the products that are about now would have benefited me in those various relations.
I now find myself single, out socialising and chasing girls again so have been experimenting with mones.

A314 is an excellent forum and I recommend that every man try it or Instant gentleman. They are not the same thing but when I think of the effects and the nature of men to me it goes hand in hand.
Instant shine goes great with all products like a buffer and it used with the A314 to make you more approachable.
On it’s own it allows a calm , relaxed feeling to come over you and it draws others to you.

Micakelia’s recommendations are solid. I personally use both A314 and Instant Gentleman. They’re both great products, for begginers I would venture to say that A314 is more of a serious pheromone but can be toned down by socials like IS IH IO. Also Instant Gentleman is a spray and go that’s a very social pheromone as well. I’ve found I’ve rarely needed to spray anything on for there.
For a while I was using AMMO as a standalone and it is a great mix for socializing and works wonderfully in bars and clubs.
Moreover, along with your A314 I would recommend that you also get Instant Shine with it as it does wonders for that mix.

Well just let me strengthen the advice everyone already gave you about ammo. Its a must buy must try product. Buy the heavy version you will do well with it
Also I think you should try IH, really neat when your going to a dinner date, to enhace the level of the conversation.
