Thanks for the replies guys, I am a 31 year old male from Australia. I look very young for my age, Probably about 22 
I have had no problem meeting women in the past and have my fair share of one night stands and a few steady girlfriends. However for the past 3 years or so I have only had 3 brief encounters and have kinda developed slight social anxiety.
I wouldn’t say that I’m shy, But I’m also not extremely open and out-going. I usually try to be balanced.

I would agree with SK and tell you to really consider IO. It really does help with those intial conversations and if you feel some kind of social anxiety from time to time then that might really help.
