A314 would definitely be what you’re looking for to give you that extra edge in the workplace, and it sure isn’t over kill. It gives you a very dependable, natural born leader vibe. It simply has business written all over it. I’m assuming that for you to reach the position of CIO you’ll have to show that you are a dependable, able to cope with the work and have traits of someone who can lead people. A314 will give you the extra edge on this. You’ll notice a lot of respect when wearing this.
Though A314 can indeed be intimidating on its own to some (though I doubt you’ll be intimidating the people higher than you, I’m talking about those who’ll work under you) so it’ll help if you’ll also be giving off trustworthy, “comfortable” vibe. So I reckon some Instant Honesty would be good here. IH does exactly that ^^. It makes you seem a lot more trustworthy, helps to build comfort a lot quicker, and it also helps you get into deep conversation.
