I sometimes can be a little retracted around new people, and usually dont try to get to know them unless the other person is REALLY interesting to me. With the opposite sex I tend to be kinda shy at first, until I get to know the person more (some IO may help with this?). I would then opt for the social pheromones.

You say you want to be less serious at work but A314 used on its own can be serious and intimidating. It should be ok mixed with a social pheromone though.
I would recommend IG. It has the same effects as A314 but in a lighter version. You will come accross as capable and trustworthy but with a cool, laid back vibe.

Alpha 314 is very strong stuff, if you are serious kind of guy ur self, i would stay away from it for now,
give IO and Ammo a try, they are very good products, how ever Ammo may giive u some lazyness feeling durring working environment (sexy guy mood ) so I would go with IG and IO while in work or maybe just IG and IShine in work, and Ammo and IShine or Ammo and IG in parties…
