Hi Dee, I’m having trouble entering my GC. When I click the continue button after putting in all of my information, I’m redirected to the payment selection screen, and it tells me to “Please fill in all required fields.” I’ve triple checked, and I know I haven’t left anything blank. Any suggestions?

Just make sure you have created an account before you make your purchase and you should be able to use the GC. I think this is the problem and Dee should clear this up. I wish there was a way AD could fix this problem.

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, I have created an account and it’s still not working I just sent Dee a pm in case he doesn’t check this thread again, so I will have to wait and see.

I had a problem with the gift card payment as well. I contacted the company directly and this is what they had to say back. They were super friendly and helpful!

"Thank you for choosing Androtics for your pheromone experience. I do apologize for any inconvenience caused but it does seem that there is some issue with the gift certificate being applied or the system. I forwarded this ticket and some info to management so they can forward this error to the tech guys who should fix this right away.

In the meantime, thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. I will refund you the $25. All credit card refunds have a processing time of 2-10 business days."

I did make the mistake of not reading all the info and stickies here. I threw everything on and went out to see what would happen. Oh boy what a big mistake. I look back now and laugh about it ha ha. Just make sure to get the feel for each product one at a time or you will be disappointed.

I didn’t think to ask at the time you posted this, but out of curiosity - why was it a mistake to put everything on at once? What kind of reactions did you get?

I got a lot of frowns and guys just were just pissed. It was just to much. You can mix products but you have to understand each one first and know your sweet spot with each one also.
