Id live to enhance my dating and social life. Currently all I do is work work work in a 9 to 5 job that often goes over hours. If you can afford it, go for some A314. This helps build trust and loyalty (great for work!)
IS - all around, great for confidence and also good for helping everyone feel good moods.
IO - Helps people open up, become more chatty.
Sexual:
Start out with some Ammo. Ammo is a well buffered sexual pheromone which will help give off a sexy vibe. This should be good for bars, or just out and about. Not sure you want to use it at work, unless you are risky! lol!

Suggestions pheromone-wise:
Mike gave you some good advice above, but mine will be different. I’d start with Instant Gentleman instead of A314. Does similar thing (signals high status), but A314 can be a bit intimidating and doesn’t really work well if you’re shy at all. IG is supposedly much more forgiving there.
Ammunition - I wear it to work alright It is sexy, but it’s a very well rounded product for all occasions in my opinion. Only gets obviously sexual in higher dosages.
Instant Shine, Instant Openness - oh yes. Approachability, feel-good vibe, confidence.

Ammo is a great product - it has enough 'none in it to let the ladies know you are interested but as has been said it is balanced enough that oyu can wear it anwhere.
IG will give you a cool, smooth vibe. The neat thing about it is that it can make the older wearer seem a little younger as a result which can help depending on the age of the ladies you are around.
And again as has been mentioned - IO and Ishine will help alot with the approach thing. IO helps with those initial chatty conversations and IShine helps the people around you feel happy to be near you.
Again the thing to remember is that these products give off subtle messages that are more like hints or suggestions. For those hints to work you have to engage with people socially. You cannot just sit there and expect women to drop out of the ceioing into your lap.
