I’m spanish and I don’t know how can I get products like IO or IS, I’d like to try them but I don’t know if they are sold in my country, if anybody knows how to get pheromones from androtics in Spain, please tell me. I see no reason why they’d get held by customs. You’ll have to pay any applicable duties.
I’m essentially a customs broker in the U.S., most countries tend to structure their laws similar for ease. I’d suspect Spain is similar to the U.S. so I’d stick under 1500-2000EUR or so per order that way it’s informal, the lower you stay the more likely your country is going to let it be personal use and you’ll get away with the lowest taxes.
You are likely going to encounter a tax on any of the mones with an alcohol content, you do when importing into the U.S. (0-35% depending on the quantity and country of export) so I’d stick to oil base if I were importing to the U.S. to lower my duties.
I’m unfamiliar with Spain’s agency (if any) equivelant to the FDA but some types of frances/oils require FDA clearance int he U.S. might be a concern for you there in Spain.
You are going to be looking at chapters 3301/3302/3303 of the harmonized tariff schedule for the U.S., so likely 33’s in Spains tariff schedule.
It can happen but TBH, I’ve yet to have a DHL shipment intercepted by UK customs but FEDEX and USPS from other sellers nearly always get hit.
Also, on my time on the boards, I’ve only seen a very few instances where UK/EU customers have had their deliveries intercepted, so the odds are good that you won’t have a problem.
Even if they are intercepted it’s just because they want it taxed which means if you pay someone to file the paperwork you’ll get it. DHL just has a larger european presence than us or UPS, so are a bit more competent in European countries.
