I’ve greatly enjoyed reading posts here over the past couple days!
I’m looking to enhance my efforts to become more confident at work, as well as less tense and irritable at home. A spiced up sex life would be nice, too :o
Fragrance in all forms is my hobby. I love perfume and have a knack for mixing and matching to create my own unique blends. I imagine that I’ll enjoy doing the same with pheromones.
Can’t wait to get started and look forward to learning more!

Confident. IShine will help. I find that it’s youthful, comforting and sunshiny vibe bumps up my confidence in me. It can be used anytime. I would suggest you look at using the 2x strength, which basically means that one spray of it contains @ the same concentration of mones that (2) Sprays of the regular strength gets you. You will likely be able to have the IShine effect in that case, with one spray, maybe 2. It may help with the tension as well.
You could try IO, though, but, with it, the negatives may easily bubble up and easily ‘shared’ verbally with others. IO, is a bubbly, talkative vibe, that along with IShine, may be used as a steering agent of the IO communicative influence, to positive territories.
Mmmm… IS/a and IS/b are the sexy inclined mones. IS/a, more of an Angelina Jolie sexy, which my LTR tells me will give her a boost in self confidence as well.
IS/b is more of a Natalie Portman sexy. My LTR loves this one as it’s more in congruence with her attitudes.
Since you’re into fragrances, I can see you liking the thread by one of the scientist designers of the AD research company.

Welcome to the site. I am starting to get into making my own mixes to.
I suggest using each product on its own and get a good understanding of what it does before you start mixing things.
