I just found this site and am finding it extremely interesting.
I’m a quiet person so I am finding the pheromones that help to be more confident and outgoing to be very appealing.
Also I’m interested in adding some spice to my sex life with my long term girl friend.

From the post it seems that you want to more confident and outgoing. Are there places that you go specifically to socialize, (ie bars, pubs, clubs, church, meeting hall of an organization) or do you just want something that will make you overall more confident? Are you looking for a higher level of status?
