Basically im wanting to get a pheromone that will get girls talking to me and also having sexual needs for me if you get me.
now for a bit about me im 16 and its not that im really ugly or fat or have no friends or anything its more my confidence when it comes to girls im no good at going to talk to girls and im scared of rejection plus most girls i like at school are 17 - 18 and really hot and don’t really know i exsist so i have no chance and thats why i want to try out pheromones because i want these girls who are older than me to talk to me so then i will be able to atleast get to know them and maybe start a relationships with one of these girls.

welcome, pheremones work, but theyre not magic cures. stay far away from tuth right now, your body produces enough of the -none inside of tuth, anymore and you will most likely have negative results
for girls to talk to you, most girls are inherently nice, but do not necessarily initiate conversations. if you start a conversation and keep it interesting, most girls, even hot ones, will reply. to help the convo along, i suggest Instant openness or instant honesty
openness will have girls talking for a while, and you will not run out of things to talk about. it has a diarrhea of the mouth effect, so be careful with it. instan honesty helps create a deeper connection with a girl, and she may end up revealing info you wouldnt expect, like a TMI moment
ammo will help you get noticed by a girl and does help create attraction. use it spraingly, i would say 1 spray should do you well. IJ works great for my confidence, i feel buletproof when i wear it. try it in small amounts also
if you are going after older girls, Instant gentleman will help you appear older and more suave. its great if youre going after 18 yo and older, since youre 16

Thanks for the help its really helpful but i just had one answer im now thinking of getting ammo and instant gentleman but i just wanted to know if i could use them at the same time ? and if i can how much of each do you think ? or i was thinking combining ammo and instant openness and the same again how may sprays of each should i have. and one last question could i combine all 3 of them ?? and if so how may sprays of each ??
Since you are 16 I would stay clear of TUTH and Ammo as you will be already be producing enough none.
I get the impression that you just need a little more confidence to put your first foot forward when chatting to girls.
Don’t under estimate the social pheromones as they will focus your mind on your goal and help you to be approachable and be perceived as confident and happy in yourself. Please try the togo bottles of IO - increased conversation, IH - rapport and deeper bonds, IS - to make you feel good and the people you chat to feel good too and not forgetting CTTM2 for instant approachability.

u can use all three together if you want. i would say not to go above 1s of ammo no matter what. you are roducing enough of it already, 1s should put you dangerously close to too much.
whenever you use ammo, i suggest using 2sprays of IO. get the double strength IO if you can to save yourself money. this will help buffer the effects of ammo, it wont make it weaker, but it will make sure you dont get bad results
for IG i would recommend 1-2 sprays. you can do one to your nck and 1 to your wrists and rub your wrists together. i used a mix similar to this (with more sprays) and i felt myself walking really smoothly and with an air of definite confidence
