Hello, I’m Sam (Male) from Dallas, TX currently attending college, i’m 25 and working on my Masters in Computer Science. I’m an ultra shy guy, I get really nervous around wemon, to the point my stomac turns and turns. Don’t get me wrong once I warm up to a girl that approched me I’m confadent it’s just those first moments with a new girl. One thing that’s cool with some of the pheromones is that some can raise confidence, which would help a lot with the initial meeting of women. A314 seemed to help me gain a bit more confidence than i already had. None of them will make you a chick magnet per say but are great tools to help you out!

I personally am a very shy guy, too. I don’t find that Shine boosts my confidence, but Instant Gentleman does. I haven’t tried A314 yet, but I’d think it would also have the same effect. So give that a go.
Also, try this warm up method:
Eye contact and smile at 3 women, do nothing else.
Eye contact, smile and say hello 3 women.
Eye contact, smile and compliment 3 women.
With practice things get easier.

I’m a college guy too. Freshman though.
Instant Honesty is one of my favorites. It has one of the most noticeable effects that I have noticed. It seems that people don’t censor what they say as much around you.
Spaceland was really good for my confidence, and everyone else’s in the room. It really lifted the mood and makes everything more fun. Not to mention had the girls wanting to walk and sit next to me.
